Anil George Thomas

Mr. Anil Thomas is an industrious and dynamic person with over 16 years of proven experience in Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering.

He began his career in 2004 at Tata Ceramic as a production engineer and has traveled a long way ever since. Being the Head of Strategy and Transformation at Siemens United Kingdom, his interest lies in the areas of Industrial engineering, Manufacturing process improvements, Technology transfers, Organisation change management, and Supply chain optimizations.

He received a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 2003, and Msc. in Manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Warwick, The United Kingdom in 2008.

From years of experience and practice, his area of expertise is in Manufacturing operations and systems, Quality Management, Process Improvements, Planning and Scheduling, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Project Management, Change Management.
